11.     OPERATIONAL PLAN

11.1   MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM



The business will need to implement a Management Information System. The system will be important for decision making aimed at improving operations and other key areas of the business. The business will have to keep records of activities taking place in the business in its activity management office. The system for ExpressX Warehousing and Distribution (Transportation) Services   will be such that it improves informed communication among the employees and members of the business and provides an objective for recording and aggregating information based on the functional areas of the business. The Management Information System integrated with the Accounting Information System will help the business outlook information such as the sales by customer, sales by employee, sales by service, pricing reports, inventory numbers, customer satisfaction levels and so forth.

In terms of record keeping, the following will be considered:
